What It Checks
Built exclusively for WordPress — catches issues that generic tools like GTmetrix or Google Search Console will never surface.
SEO Analysis
Missing H1 tags, broken canonicals, duplicate meta descriptions, sitemap issues, and on-page gaps suppressing your rankings.
Performance & Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP, and CLS scores. Identifies excessive JavaScript, render-blocking resources, and slow server response times.
Security Vulnerabilities
Exposed REST API endpoints, SSL issues, missing HTTP security headers, and outdated plugin vulnerabilities.
WordPress-Specific Checks
User enumeration via REST API, exposed WP version, XML-RPC status, plugin conflicts — issues only affecting WordPress.
Email DNS Security
DKIM, SPF, and DMARC record verification. Ensures emails are authenticated and not landing in spam.
AI Search Visibility
Structured data and LLM crawlability — ensuring your site gets cited in Google AI Overviews and Perplexity.

Preview issues
The /services page is missing a primary H1 heading, which can weaken on-page SEO signals.
WordPress usernames are exposed to unauthenticated REST API requests.
No DKIM record was found on the common selectors for this domain.
The homepage loads more scripts than needed, which can hurt INP and overall performance.
Score Guide
Every scan returns a score out of 100 — broken down across SEO, Performance, Security, and WordPress health.

Common Issues
The most frequently found issues — with the highest impact on SEO, security, and performance.
Missing H1 Heading
Every page needs exactly one H1 tag. Missing H1s confuse Google's crawler, directly suppressing rankings.
Add one descriptive H1 to each page template in your CMS.
User Enumeration via REST API
WordPress's default REST API publicly lists all usernames — used by attackers to target brute-force login campaigns.
Disable user listing for unauthenticated REST API requests via filter.
Excessive JavaScript Files
Plugins load JS on every page — even where unused. Blocks the main thread and hurts Core Web Vitals INP score.
Defer non-critical JS and disable plugin scripts on irrelevant pages.
DKIM Not Configured
Without DKIM, emails can't be verified. Increases spam classification and enables domain spoofing attacks.
Confirm DKIM selector from your email provider and publish TXT record in DNS.

85+ is excellent. 70–84 is good with fixable issues. Below 70 indicates active problems affecting your rankings and security. Most first-time scans return scores in the 65–75 range.
After every major plugin or core update, before every campaign launch, and at minimum once per quarter. WooCommerce stores should audit monthly.
Yes. The scanner covers all WordPress audit points and surfaces WooCommerce-specific performance and security issues including checkout performance and REST API exposure.
Your audit report shows exactly what's broken. WPScaleOps fixes it permanently — Git-based workflow, staging-first, resolution-based pricing.
Read this before you pick a plan. It explains what a resolution is and how we count them.
A resolution is one unit of work from our team to fix or help with something on your website. Your plan includes a set number of resolutions each month. When we complete work, those units are used from your balance.
No. Two small, related issues can count as one resolution. One big or complex issue can take two or more resolutions. It depends on how much work is needed, not only on how many requests you send.
When you create a request, our senior team reviews it first. They look at the size of the work and decide how many resolutions to use. We do this so the count is fair — small jobs do not use extra units, and large jobs are counted properly.
If the problems are small and connected, our team may group them into one resolution. For example, two small copy or layout fixes on the same page can often be one resolution.
A larger job — such as a deep bug, work on many pages, or something that takes more time — may use two or more resolutions. Our senior team will review it and let you know if more than one resolution is needed.
Write a clear title and explain the issue in simple words. Add screenshots if you can. Then submit it. You do not need to guess the number of resolutions — our senior team will check it and apply the right count.
Plans cover ongoing resolutions. If you need a new feature, rebuild, migration, or something unique — we’ll scope it, quote it, and ship it with the same ops discipline that powers our retainers.
