  • Backups: While we provide automated cloud backups as part of our maintenance plans, clients are encouraged to maintain their own secondary backups of critical data.
  • Content: You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all content provided for your website.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Subscription Services: Maintenance plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Due to the manual and technical nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for work already completed.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Custom Work: Upon full payment, all custom code, themes, and plugins developed specifically for you become your property.
  • Proprietary Tools: wpscaleops.com retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary methodologies or internal AI frameworks used to deliver the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we implement enterprise-grade security and testing, wpscaleops.com cannot be held liable for:

  • Loss of revenue due to third-party hosting failures.
  • Data breaches resulting from weak client-side passwords or compromised third-party plugins not managed by us.
  • Indirect or consequential damages arising from site downtime.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is not received within the specified grace period.
  • The website is found to be hosting illegal, malicious, or highly offensive content.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information, technical credentials, and proprietary project details confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without written consent.
