How resolutions work

Read this before you pick a plan. It explains what a resolution is and how we count them.

What is a resolution?

A resolution is one unit of work from our team to fix or help with something on your website. Your plan includes a set number of resolutions each month. When we complete work, those units are used from your balance.

Is one request always one resolution?

No. Two small, related issues can count as one resolution. One big or complex issue can take two or more resolutions. It depends on how much work is needed, not only on how many requests you send.

Who decides how many resolutions are used?

When you create a request, our senior team reviews it first. They look at the size of the work and decide how many resolutions to use. We do this so the count is fair — small jobs do not use extra units, and large jobs are counted properly.

What if I have a few small problems?

If the problems are small and connected, our team may group them into one resolution. For example, two small copy or layout fixes on the same page can often be one resolution.

What if my issue is big?

A larger job — such as a deep bug, work on many pages, or something that takes more time — may use two or more resolutions. Our senior team will review it and let you know if more than one resolution is needed.

What should I do when I create a request?

Write a clear title and explain the issue in simple words. Add screenshots if you can. Then submit it. You do not need to guess the number of resolutions — our senior team will check it and apply the right count.

Beyond packaged plans

Need Custom Development?

Plans cover ongoing resolutions. If you need a new feature, rebuild, migration, or something unique — we’ll scope it, quote it, and ship it with the same ops discipline that powers our retainers.

  • Custom plugins, themes & complex WordPress builds
  • Migrations, performance rebuilds & WooCommerce work
  • Clear scope and timeline before any work begins
  • Fixed quote or milestone billing — no surprise retainers

WPScaleOps is a professional WordPress operations and scaling service from Xfinitive. We audit your site, optimize performance (caching, database, Core Web Vitals), harden security, set up monitoring and backups, and provide ongoing support so your WordPress site stays fast, secure, and ready to scale as your traffic grows.

Most sites show noticeable improvements within 24–48 hours after the initial optimization phase. Full performance and security hardening is typically completed within a few days, depending on the complexity of your setup. Larger or multi-site projects may take a bit longer, but we always meet agreed deadlines.
